I'm committed to helping people like you step into their own greatness.
I’ve helped hundreds of organizations, teams and individuals find their essence and give it voice through team facilitations, workshops and one-on-one coaching.
I also create experiential public art projects that have sparked courage and built unity in tens of thousands of people around the globe.
In everything I do, I aim to make the concepts of leadership and consciousness accessible to all.
Ever since I was young, I felt called to make a contribution in the world. But, perhaps like most people, maybe even like you, I wasn’t sure who I was meant to become.
“The noblest question in the world is what
good may I do in it?”-Benjamin Franklin
I would see quotes like this and feel a huge responsibility to step into my greatness. But what was it? I wasn’t quite sure.
Then in 2012, after successfully leading a branding agency for twelve years, a colleague convinced me that I should attend Georgetown’s Leadership Coaching program. I went in believing it would help me enhance my branding work. I came out transformed.
I couldn’t believe that I was in my 40s before I was exposed to the things I learned in the coaching program.
"This work should be taught to all people," I thought. Everyone should have access to the tools of leadership and consciousness.
So how could I bring it to them?
I started to combine my background in branding (which is all about digging deep to find authenticity and expressing it in a unique and creative way) with my newly found knowledge in adult development and coaching techniques.
As I coached, I heard themes that reflected the depths of what it is to be human: Fear, Loneliness, Aspiration, Hope, Greatness. I found ways to boil these universal concepts down into public art experiences so simple, even kids could participate.
Many people these days call me an artist. I have a feeling that would make my seventh-grade art teacher cringe. You should’ve seen my self-portrait from when I was 12. Eek!
I think of myself more as someone who promotes human flourishing. Sometimes my work is one-on-one. Sometimes it’s with a team and many times, now, it’s with entire communities through public art.
Whatever work I'm doing, I'm always seeking to unearth courageous authenticity and spark inspired action.
Feel like you need some of that? Read on.
You may be asking yourself one or more of these
common questions about yourself or your team:
Who am I? (Who are we?)
How do I (we) make a change when I (we) feel trapped by circumstance?
Isn't there more to life than this?
How do I (we) find and live into my (our) greatness?
The first thing I want you to know is that you are not alone. Whether you are leading yourself, your family or a team at work, these questions arise when you've reached a certain level of mastery and you're ready to move into a higher level of contribution and purpose. (This is a good thing!)
The second thing I want you to know is that there are answers to these questions waiting for you inside yourself (or your team). You may just need a trained coach or facilitator to access your inner wisdom.
And third, I want to offer you support. Whether it's through one-one-one coaching, a team facilitation or an online workshop, I'll help you figure out the answers to these questions and inspire you to take action toward a more purposeful, meaningful and fulfilling life.
